First Step Health Collective, formerly known as Wilden Exercise Services (established in 2018), we specialise in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Disability Support Work, Allied Health Assistance & Mentoring. We provide comprehensive holistic support for individuals of all ages, goals, and conditions.
Our dedicated multidisciplinary team includes Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Disability Support Workers, Allied Health Assistants, and Mentors. We cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals with acquired brain injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic illnesses.
